Reservation Policies

Below is a list of reservation policies at Crew Quarters. You can also view our general terms and conditions -

DOCKAGE: A confirmed Crew Quarters reservation does not guarantee dockage. Reservations for dockage and moorings must be booked separately through Dockwa.

GUARANTEE/PAYMENT POLICY: Full cost of reservation gets charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation, the card will be held on file for potential damages. Deposits have been processed and cannot be transferred to a different credit card on arrival. We do not accept cash or checks.

REFUND POLICY: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation prior to arrival we will provide a full refund, less than a $40 administration fee. For cancellations between 15 and 30 days in advance of your arrival date we will issue a 50% refund less a $40 administration fee. If you choose to cancel within 15 days of your arrival date, we will retain the full amount of your deposit. No refunds will be given for early departures. Should you be unable to travel due to illness or travel restrictions related to COVID-19, please contact us and we will work with you to cancel your reservation.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 3 PM. Our doors may be locked; evening arrivals will need to check themselves in via email. We make every effort to accommodate an early arrival but cannot guarantee check-in prior to 3 PM. Check-out is 10 AM on departure day.

PET POLICY: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in the quarters. Registered service animals are of course welcome.

DOUBLE OCCUPANCY: All rates are based on double occupancy. No additional charge for additional occupants.  Any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

SMOKING POLICY: Crew Quarters is a smoke free property, including the use of vaporizing devices. Fines may be issued for smoking onsite.

PROPERTY POLICIES: Children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied by an adult.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours within the quarters and kitchenette/lounge will begin at 9:00 p.m. and run until 8 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Guest Services at your earliest convenience. Televisions, voices, or other devices must always be kept at a respectfully low level. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in shared spaces.

VISITORS: The registered guest must always accompany visitors. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times.
